Driver
Looking for a suitable driver is a headache. There are so many to choose from, and with so many parameters to check, it is hard to know what will be suitable. Of course, a good quality driver is always going to be better, but there are always going to be compromises.
Being a bit green to this, the solution that has been chosen to this problem is to purchase sixteen identical cheap drivers. EBay gets the blame for this. While searching for drivers, a pack of sixteen drivers came up for a similar price I had seen for one big driver. As my goal is as much to have some fun and maybe learn something new, it seemed to make sense to have lots of drivers on hand that could be used to build a selection of different style boxes. The drivers were sold as being Wharfedale 3038LB's.
