After flying my Middle Phase 2 a few times, I decided that I needed a glider where the flying time to repair time ratio was more in favour of the flying. My brother has built a couple of these foam flying wings, and I have witnessed them tacking some significant impacts, and just bouncing. I even flew one of them into a fence post without leaving a mark. Therefore I decided to build one.
